- Diagnostic data (crash/technical logs) provided by underlying SDKs
Usage Data
- Screens visited, timestamps, feature usage necessary to operate the Service
How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate and manage accounts (Google Sign‑In, Sign in with Apple)
- Deliver in‑app purchases and verify subscriptions (Google Play Billing / App Store)
- Show advertising via Google AdMob
- In the EEA/UK, we request consent using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, we show only non‑personalized ads.
- Prevent fraud, secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations
- Analyze usage to improve the Service (aggregate/technical data)
Third‑Party Services We Use
- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) -- Advertising; may access Advertising ID/IDFA and device information to deliver ads and prevent fraud. See: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google Play Billing / App Store (In‑App Purchases) -- To process purchases; we receive purchase tokens/receipts to validate subscriptions on our server. We do not store full payment details.
- Supabase -- Managed backend and database to store account, subscription status, learning progress, spaced‑repetition items, and app events needed to operate the Service. Privacy: https://supabase.com/privacy
- Google Sign‑In -- To authenticate your account; we may receive your name and email.
- Sign in with Apple -- To authenticate your account on iOS; we may receive your Apple account display name and an email address (which may be a private relay address).
Data Sharing
We may share data:
- With service providers listed above to operate the Service
- For fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance
- During business transactions (e.g., merger or acquisition)
- With your consent
We do not sell your Personal Data.
Retention
- Account and learning data are retained while your account is active and as required by law.
- Purchase verification payloads (e.g., Play purchase tokens or iOS receipts) are retained only as long as needed for fraud prevention and subscription validation.
- Technical and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited time for troubleshooting.
Your Choices
- Advertising preferences: You can reset/limit the Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) in device settings. In EEA/UK you can manage consent via the UMP dialog when available.
- Email communications: You can opt out by following instructions in our emails or contacting us.

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 or show personalized ads to children.
