• Diagnostic data (crash/technical logs) provided by underlying SDKs

Usage Data

• Screens visited, timestamps, feature usage patterns

How We Use Data

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

Third-Party Services We Use

• Google Play Billing / App Store (In-App Purchases) - To process purchases and manage subscriptions; we receive purchase tokens/receipts to validate subscriptions. We do not store full payment details.

• During business transactions (e.g., merger or acquisition)

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Your flashcard content and learning data remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

Retention

• Local flashcard and learning data are retained on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app
• Purchase verification payloads (e.g., Play purchase tokens or iOS receipts) are retained only as long as needed for fraud prevention and subscription validation
• Technical and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited time for troubleshooting

Your Choices

• Advertising preferences: You can reset/limit the Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) in device settings. In EEA/UK you can manage consent via the UMP dialog when available.
• Subscription management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings.
• Local data: You can export or delete your flashcards and study data within the app settings.
• Notifications: You can disable study reminders in app settings or device notification settings.

Permissions We Request

The app may request the following permissions for specific features:

• Notifications: To send you study reminders (optional, you can disable in settings)

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 or show personalized ads to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Your flashcard content is stored locally on your device using industry-standard SQLite database with encryption.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed outside of your country for advertising and payment processing purposes. We take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the Service prior to the change becoming effective.
