1. How do I create a new project?

   • Tap the "+" button on the home screen.  

   • Enter a name for your project.  

   • Start importing PDFs and images to arrange them in custom layouts.

2. How do I import PDF files and images?

   • Open your project and you'll see the Page Library panel.  

   • Tap the "PDF" button to import PDF files, or "Image" button to import images.  

   • All imported pages will appear in the Page Library.  

   • Drag pages from the library to the grid to arrange them.

3. How do I arrange pages in a custom layout?

   • Drag pages from the Page Library onto the grid cells.  

   • You can reorder pages by dragging them to different cells.  

   • Use the zoom controls (- / +) to adjust the view.  

   • Navigate between output pages using the page navigation controls at the bottom.

4. How do I merge cells to create larger areas?

   • Tap the "Merge Cells" button in the toolbar.  

   • Select the cells you want to merge by tapping them.  

   • Tap "Confirm" to merge the selected cells into one larger cell.  

   • This is useful for creating custom layouts with different sized areas.

5. How do I adjust the grid layout settings?

   • Tap the "Settings" button (gear icon) in the toolbar.  

   • Adjust the following settings:  

      ○ Grid Size: Change rows and columns (e.g., 3×3, 4×4)  

      ○ Cell Spacing: Adjust the gap between cells  

      ○ Page Margin: Set the margin around the entire page  

   • Tap "Close" to apply changes.

6. How do I export my PDF?

   • Tap the "Export PDF" button in the toolbar.  

   • Wait while the app generates your PDF (please don't leave the page).  

   • The exported PDF will be saved to your device's Downloads folder.  

   • You'll see a success message with the file location.

7. How do I preview my PDF before exporting?

   • You can use the Preview feature to see how your final PDF will look.  

   • From the preview screen, you can also print or share your PDF directly.  

   • This allows you to check the layout before saving.

8. How do I delete or remove pages?

   • To remove a page from the Page Library: Long press on the page thumbnail and select "Remove Page".  

   • To delete an entire output page: Tap the delete button in the toolbar (note: you cannot delete the last remaining page).  

   • To clear all pages from the library: Use the "Clear All Pages" option.

9. How do I rename or delete a project?

   • On the home screen, long press on a project card.  

   • Select "Rename Project" to change the name, or "Delete Project" to remove it.  

   • Deleted projects cannot be recovered.

10. How do I change the app language?

   • The app follows your device's system language.  

   • Supported languages: English, 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), and 日本語 (Japanese).  

   • To change the language, update your device's language settings.

11. The app is lagging when processing files.

   • When processing large PDFs or many images, lag and loading are normal.  

   • Please be patient during processing – the app is working in the background.  

   • Larger files take more time to process.  

   • Even if the UI seems frozen, background processes continue to run.

12. I lost my projects after reinstalling the app.

   • All project data is stored locally on your device.  

   • Please export your PDFs before uninstalling to prevent data loss.  

   • Cloud backup feature may be added in future updates.

13. The app crashes or I'm experiencing data corruption.

   • Go to the home screen and tap the "Information" button.  

   • Select "Clear All Saved Data" to reset the app.  

   • Warning: This will delete ALL saved projects and data.  

   • After clearing, please restart the app.

14. What file formats are supported?

   • PDF files: Standard PDF documents  

   • Images: Common formats like JPG, PNG  

   • The app processes these files and arranges them into custom PDF layouts.

15. Are there any limitations?

   • Processing speed depends on your device's capabilities.  

   • Very large files (100+ pages) may take longer to process.  

   • Complex merged layouts may require more processing time.  

   • All data is stored locally – ensure you have sufficient storage space.
