1. How do I create a new notification reminder?
• Tap the "Create New" button on the home screen.
• Enter a name for your reminder (e.g., "Drink Water", "Posture Check").
• Add custom messages that will be randomly displayed in notifications.
• Choose a notification type and configure the schedule.
2. What notification types are available?
• Fixed Time: Trigger notifications at exact scheduled times (e.g., every day at 9:00 AM).
• Random N-Times: Send a set number of notifications randomly distributed within a time window.
• Random Interval: Notifications with random delays between each one (e.g., every 30-60 minutes).
• Mission: Goal-oriented tracking with progress (e.g., drink 2000ml of water daily with periodic reminders).
3. How do I track my daily goals with Mission mode?
• Create a new reminder and select "Mission" as the type.
• Set your target amount and unit (e.g., 2000 ml, 8 cups, 10000 steps).
• Use the Quick Add feature to log your progress from the home screen.
• Progress resets automatically each day.
4. Why am I not receiving notifications on iOS?
• iOS has a system limit of 64 scheduled notifications per app.
• If you set very frequent reminders (e.g., every 1-2 minutes), not all may be delivered.
• Tip: Use intervals of 5+ minutes for best results.
• Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings → Notifications on your device.
5. How do I pause all notifications temporarily?
• Go to Settings → Vacation Mode.
• Toggle it ON to pause all non-essential notifications.
• Toggle it OFF to resume your scheduled notifications.
6. How do I change the app language?
• Go to Settings → Language.
• Choose from English, 繁體中文, 简体中文, or 日本語.
7. How do I switch between Light and Dark mode?
• Go to Settings → Theme.
• Choose Light Mode, Dark Mode, or System (follows your device settings).
8. I lost my data after reinstalling the app.
• All data is stored locally on your device.
• Unfortunately, data cannot be recovered after uninstalling.
• Cloud sync feature is planned for a future update.
9. How do I test if notifications are working?
• Go to Settings → Test Notification.
• Tap the "Test" button to send a test notification in 5 seconds.
• If you don't receive it, check your device's notification permissions.
