1. How do I create a new habit?
- Open the app and go to the Home screen.
- Tap the + or Add button.
- Enter your habit name, choose an icon/color, and set your goal frequency.
- Save your new habit to start tracking!
2. How do I track my progress?
- On the main screen, simply tap on a habit to mark it as completed for the day.
- You can navigate to the Calendar screen to view your monthly progress.
- The Statistics screen provides detailed insights into your completion rates and current streaks.
3. How do I edit or delete a habit?
- Long-press or tap on the habit you want to modify.
- Select the Edit option to change its details, or Delete to remove it entirely.
- Note that deleting a habit will also remove its historical tracking data.
4. How do I backup or transfer my data?
- Go to Settings → Backup & Restore.
- Tap Export Data to save all your habit data securely.
- To restore, tap Import Data and select your backup file.
5. I purchased a premium subscription but features are still limited.
- Restart the app completely (force close and reopen).
- Go to the Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- Ensure you're logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
- Check your internet connection – subscription status requires network verification.
6. How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
iOS:
- Go to Settings → Tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions.
- Find Habit Push and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android:
- Open Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find Habit Push and tap Cancel.
7. How do I change the app language?
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Language and select your preferred interface language.
- The app supports multiple languages including English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.
8. Is my data secure?
- Yes! Your habit tracking data is stored locally on your device by default.
- If you use the backup feature, you control where your data is saved.
- We do not collect or sell your personal habit data.
